TL;DR

Associate Business Development Representative: Identifies and engages new prospects and existing accounts to introduce hirify.global’s products and services with an accent on outbound calls, emails, and setting up meetings for the sales team. Focus on strategic business development, lead qualification, and product value proposition targeting.

Location: 100% remote anywhere in the US

What you will do

  • Conduct strategic business development by following up with customers and prospects from marketing activities to create qualified opportunities for the sales team.
  • Become knowledgeable in hirify.global’s products and services to effectively target value propositions and communicate differentiation to drive interest and qualified leads.
  • Perform contact discovery where necessary using prospecting platforms to effectively target business development efforts.
  • Source contacts using various Prospecting Platforms such as ZoomInfo, Wiza, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Maintain daily activities in Salesforce CRM and Outreach, accurately tracking all interactions with prospects, partners, and customers.
  • Provide weekly and monthly updates to your manager on individual activity and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree, or an equivalent level of education.
  • Prior business development experience.
  • Strong prospecting skills, including proficiency in cold calling and outbound emailing.
  • Goal-oriented, highly confident, and self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and collaboration skills for teamwork.
  • Adaptability and coachability.

Nice to have

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Salesforce, Tableau, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
