What you will do
- Own day-to-day user acquisition strategy and execution across key paid channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic).
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance campaigns to drive measurable outcomes (installs, purchases, ROAS, LTV).
- Build and maintain a structured testing roadmap across targeting, creative, bidding, and funnel improvements.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, identify shifts, and execute optimizations.
- Partner with Creative/Motion/Design teams to iterate ad creatives based on performance insights.
- Collaborate with Product/Analytics to ensure accurate tracking and measurable end-to-end performance.
- Produce recurring reporting, insights, and recommendations for leadership.
- Support budget planning and management, ensuring spend pacing and performance align with targets.
- Maintain organized documentation of campaigns, learnings, and best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to align campaigns with product timelines and promotions.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in User Acquisition, Performance Marketing, or Paid Media, ideally in gaming, mobile apps, or consumer subscription/ecommerce environments.
- Hands-on experience managing campaigns in major advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads/YouTube, TikTok Ads).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and measurement (CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV).
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with dashboards and reporting to translate data into actions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, self-directed, and comfortable working with multiple teams and campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to have
- Experience with mobile measurement/attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Branch) and/or web analytics (GA4).
- Experience running creative testing frameworks and collaborating with creative production teams.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience marketing live-service games, UA at scale, or campaigns tied to in-game events/promotions.
- Comfort working in Jira/Confluence-based project environments.
