TL;DR

VP, Influencer Marketing (Marketing): Responsible for defining and leading the influencer marketing team's vision and outcomes, focusing on thought leadership and market communication. Focus on driving success across top and bottom-line metrics, upgrading strategic capability, and ensuring client growth and margin management.

Location: This position is a remote, work-from-home role. Some travel is required for client meetings, internal meetings, conferences, and other events.

Salary: Target Salary Range is 160K - 210K plus bonus

What you will do

• Oversee account management teams, manage and lead team members, and supervise high-level activities.
• Drive AP’s expertise through written thought leadership, speaking engagements, and event involvement.
• Keep AP leadership informed of key changes in the influencer industry.
• Build and maintain a culture of client growth, ensuring teams deliver best-in-class client experiences leading to high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure that target profit margin percentages are achieved, via successful headcount management and forward planning.
• Partner closely with Executive Leadership to shape the long-term vision and strategy for influencer marketing at hirify.global.

Requirements

• 10+ years of combined influencer marketing and client services / agency experience
• Proven track record owning and scaling a business line, practice area, or large portfolio
• Experience leading Managers and cross-regional teams
• Deep expertise in influencer marketing strategy, execution, and measurement
• Strong understanding of how influencer marketing integrates with affiliate and broader partnership marketing
• Financial acumen, including forecasting, margin management, and P&L ownership
