What you will do
- Define hirify.global’s digital marketing strategy across various campaign types, including content, events, webinars, and thought leadership.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across channels like Search, Social, Display, and CTV.
- Manage and operationalize multi-million-dollar paid media budgets, aligning investment and performance with pipeline goals.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to define audiences, messaging, and ensure digital marketing performance translates to actionable pipeline and revenue.
- Establish and execute a test-and-learn and optimization roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Measure, analyze, and communicate performance, connecting digital results to business impact.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with direct ownership of a digital marketing program.
- Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools.
- Ability to translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Proven track record of executing digital campaigns that influenced pipeline and/or revenue outcomes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to wide audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships, coupled with a solution-oriented, proactive mindset.
