Location: Hybrid in New York or San Francisco

Salary: $118,800 - $141,600 a year

What you will do

  • Define hirify.global’s digital marketing strategy across various campaign types, including content, events, webinars, and thought leadership.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across channels like Search, Social, Display, and CTV.
  • Manage and operationalize multi-million-dollar paid media budgets, aligning investment and performance with pipeline goals.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Revenue teams to define audiences, messaging, and ensure digital marketing performance translates to actionable pipeline and revenue.
  • Establish and execute a test-and-learn and optimization roadmap to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Measure, analyze, and communicate performance, connecting digital results to business impact.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing with direct ownership of a digital marketing program.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or other data visualization tools.
  • Ability to translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of executing digital campaigns that influenced pipeline and/or revenue outcomes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts to wide audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional partnerships, coupled with a solution-oriented, proactive mindset.

Nice to have

  • Content strategy experience.
  • Experience in fintech or startup environments.
