ServiceNow Solutions Architect: Driving the enterprise-wide design and delivery of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with core business objectives with an accent on IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and other key modules. Focus on maximizing platform performance and business value by partnering with Product Owners and Enterprise Architects.

Location: Expected to work from the Santa Clara office in compliance with Pure’s policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.

Salary: $165,000 - $248,000 USD

• Architect enterprise-grade platform solutions by translating complex business requirements into sustainable, scalable, and high-performing technical designs across core ServiceNow modules.
• Establish and govern architectural standards and best practices for the ServiceNow platform, ensuring security and alignment with the overall enterprise roadmap.
• Drive platform value realization by continuously evaluating new ServiceNow features, integrations, and process improvements.
• Lead technical quality and integrity by conducting comprehensive design reviews and guiding delivery teams on complex integration patterns and data models.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and mentor to solution delivery teams, fostering technical excellence.

• Deep technical proficiency in ServiceNow capabilities, including advanced workflow automation and complex third-party integrations.
• Consulting and influence skills necessary to articulate and present complex technical designs.
