Senior Client Solutions Engineer: Designing and architecting hirify.global's solution and service offerings for existing and prospective clients with an accent on technical presentations, solution design, and sales campaign leadership. Focus on building and leveraging deep knowledge across enterprise cloud frameworks, data center infrastructure, and public cloud, while supporting product and services sales.

Location: Hybrid in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. Must have US work authorization.

Salary: $250,000 - $280,000 a year (OTE)

What you will do

• Lead technical aspects of sales campaigns, providing formal presentations and design assistance.
• Design and architect hirify.global's solution and service offerings for clients.
• Serve as a thought leader and subject matter expert in Enterprise Cloud Frameworks and data center technologies.
• Partner with Client Directors to develop account strategies and identify technology vendors.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team resources, enhancing technical acumen and pre-sales skills.
• Present regularly at hirify.global events, user groups, conferences, and forums.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Pre-Sales and Data Center experience is required.
• Experience working as a technical lead in a pre-sales sales campaign.
• Deep knowledge in data center solutions: storage, networking, compute, virtualization, management, automation, and security.
• Professional communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid format in Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.
