Salary: $151,800.00 - $220,050.00

What you will do

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing architecture team, establishing role clarity and growth paths.
• Define and evolve current-state and target-state architectures aligned to business strategy and regulatory expectations.
• Establish and maintain enterprise and domain reference architectures and standards for consistent solution design.
• Lead architectural governance processes, ensuring architectural components and standards are documented.
• Enable delivery teams through reusable patterns, templates, and clear architectural guidance.
• Partner with engineering, product, infrastructure, and security stakeholders to align architecture decisions with delivery and operational outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software development and 4+ years managing teams.
• Significant experience in enterprise, solution, or domain architecture, ideally in regulated financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to define target-state architecture and drive adoption through standards and governance.
• Strong architectural breadth with depth in data and integration concepts, including APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across engineering, product, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills suitable for executive and senior stakeholder audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience leading architecture across multiple domains in a federated or matrixed operating model.
• Background in wealth management, retirement, or similarly regulated industries.
• Hands-on involvement in modernization or large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with cloud architecture, cost optimization practices, or platform enablement models.
• Experience supporting AI or advanced analytics adoption with appropriate architectural guardrails.
