Salary: $110,600–$130,100/year (USD)

What you will do

• Engage with customer product, engineering, and marketing teams to understand their requirements and how the hirify.global platform fits their technical architecture.
• Facilitate and support product functionality inquiries and technical aspects of customer onboarding to maximize time to value.
• Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal teams to document technical requirements, schedules, and risks.
• Provide strategic solutions to complex use cases and translate these into actionable steps for customers.
• Design technical implementation plans, target information architectures, and scopes of work in partnership with customers and partners.
• Support customers in achieving effective and efficient SDK and API integrations with hirify.global and troubleshoot technical issues.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years relevant experience in areas such as marketing, mobile marketing, implementation, technical support, business analysis, technical account management, or customer success.
• Strong product command and technical domain knowledge of two or more of: SaaS, Marketing, Mobile, APIs, or Programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong influencing skills and unparalleled follow-up.
• Proven ability to be a team player, working well with internal and external stakeholders.
• A problem solver with a high level of intellectual curiosity.
