Location: US Remote

Salary: $183,400 USD - $245,400 USD

What you will do

  • Take end-to-end ownership of team projects.
  • Mentor and guide engineers within your team and occasionally across teams.
  • Help teams improve performance and quality of work, and make major design decisions.
  • Collaborate with Recruiting for interviewing and lead generation activities.
  • Communicate effectively with developers, product managers, customers, partners, and leaders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience managing small to medium software development teams in an agile environment.
  • 8+ years of experience in senior engineering roles, designing APIs, abstractions, and tools.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft .NET technology stack (C# / .NET, ASP.NET MVC, Web APIs) and SQL databases (Microsoft SQL Server or any other).
  • Proficiency in HTML5 and JavaScript.
  • Experience with Git, unit testing, debugging, profiling, and performance monitoring.
  • Familiarity with distributed architecture best practices.
  • Strong communication and technical writing skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Typescript and React.
