What you will do

  • Develop and grow revenue through consultative selling and professional client presentations.
  • Provide email and telephone-based presales technical support for hirify.global software products.
  • Perform production demonstrations that articulate the business and technical value of hirify.global solutions.
  • Present solution architecture, including all technical aspects of the product and supporting systems.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including installing and configuring enterprise software solutions during POCs.
  • Communicate with internal product development teams to resolve product issues and generate recommendations for product roadmaps.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience with mobile device management solutions and enterprise mobility (Android, iOS, Linux, Windows), BYOD, and SaaS.
  • Prior experience in a technical customer-facing role, ideally as a pre-sales / sales engineer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of computer networking principles (DNS, IP network, Firewalls).
  • Knowledge of Single Sign-On (SSO), Identity Application Management (IAM), SAML, and Identity Provider (IdP).
  • Knowledge of certificate authorities, certificate management & distribution, and encryption methodologies (SHA1/2, TLS).
  • Understanding and experience with databases (MS SQL server, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Knowledge of containerization and virtualization.

Nice to have

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (Exchange).
  • Understanding or knowledge of Cloud Computing or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
  • Android Enterprise Professional or formal sales training (value selling, SPIN, Miller Heiman).
  • Understanding of Rest APIs and coding (JavaScript, HTML).
