TL;DR

SMB Partnerships Sales Representative: Developing and expanding the partner portfolio and driving growth within the UK & Ireland, with an accent on identifying and targeting new opportunities via various communication channels. Focus on prospecting from initial contact to partnership agreement, maintaining high activity levels, and exceeding sales quotas.

Location: Hybrid (London, UK). Must reside in London with availability to go to the office at least twice a week.

What you will do

  • Research, identify, and target new partnership opportunities.
  • Prospect and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to agreement and network launch.
  • Engage potential fitness partners through creative and innovative outreach.
  • Maintain high volume of activity including cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Consistently meet and exceed daily KPI metrics and monthly sales quotas.
  • Inspire and empower others by promoting wellbeing and a supportive work environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English.
  • Must reside in London with availability to go to the office at least twice a week.
  • Previous experience in outreach (BDR/SDR, cold calling, or prospecting).
  • Strong phone presence and perseverance with cold calling.
  • Ability to work a high volume of leads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing expectations and overcoming objections with leads.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of SaaS sales or Wellness Management Software.
