What you will do

• Act as a strategic advisor, aligning business goals with technical requirements during pre-sales.
• Collaborate with Sales to guide complex sales cycles, translating technical insights into business outcomes.
• Develop and present tailored product presentations, demos, and prototypes for hirify.global's solutions.
• Conduct comprehensive technical evaluations, including Proofs of Concept (POCs) and RFP responses.
• Develop and deliver enablement tools, training, and dashboards for sales and customer teams.
• Collect and share market and product feedback to influence roadmap priorities.
• Foster client partnerships through technical support and continuous engagement, including remote and on-site sessions.

Requirements

• Client-facing pre-sales, sales engineering, software implementation, or account management experience at an AI/SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience with customer evaluations and deployments.
• Technical knowledge of REST APIs and SSO frameworks (Azure/OpenID).
• Ability to rapidly learn and work with emerging technologies and solutions.
• Familiarity with IT, security, and compliance questionnaires (RFIs/RFPs).
• Excitement about joining a fast-moving scale-up environment.
• Must be able to work hybrid from London, UK, requiring office attendance twice a week.
