What you will do

  • Strategically execute high-impact outbound prospecting campaigns to new prospects across target markets.
  • Utilise a multi-channel approach leveraging LinkedIn Sales Navigator, high-volume calling, and personalized email sequences.
  • Prioritize proactive outbound activity for pipeline generation and qualify inbound leads effectively.
  • Systematically identify and qualify high-potential New Business Opportunities using a light MEDDIC qualification methodology.
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to iterate and refine targeted outbound strategies and messaging.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and prospect interactions within Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
  • 3-5 years of prior experience in business development, lead generation, or high-volume phone-based sales required.
  • Native English proficiency is required.
  • Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with a documented track record of exceeding goals.
  • Demonstrated "Hunter" mentality with the drive to proactively develop and secure new lead sources.
  • Exceptional ability to thrive and adapt in a constantly evolving environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience with MEDDIC methodology.
  • Prior experience within the SaaS, Enterprise software, or Cybersecurity sectors.
  • Proficiency in additional European languages.
