What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and grow high-performing AI/ML engineering and data science teams.
• Shape the AI engineering roadmap, aligning with business goals and product strategy.
• Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions.
• Lead the technical roadmap and architectural direction for AI/ML systems.
• Collaborate with product management, UX, and other engineering teams to deliver AI-driven features.
• Establish and enforce ethical AI frameworks to promote fairness and transparency.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering leadership roles.
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, deep learning, NLP, generative AI, and large language models.
• Strong programming skills in Python (Java, SQL are also valued).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Experience designing, developing, and shipping commercial software products.
• Familiarity with modern ML stack components, including GenAI, Agents, and Semantic Search.
• Experience working in agile, globally distributed, cross-functional teams.
