What you will do
- Develop and execute a regional strategy for expanding hirify.global’s presence in the Australian Enterprise Segment.
- Build strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders across enterprises and implementation partners.
- Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities, while maintaining a strong pipeline of high-value accounts.
- Work closely with customers post-deal to ensure smooth adoption, engagement, and long-term success.
- Partner with local Salesforce teams, system integrators, and consulting firms to strengthen hirify.global’s market positioning.
- Track, analyze, and report key market trends and performance metrics to senior leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in selling technology, SaaS, or IT solutions.
- 4+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, preferably in a sales capacity, or experience within the DevOps space.
- Strong new business hunter mindset with the ability to build and grow your own pipeline with a proactive approach.
- Experience selling in Australia, with a deep understanding of local enterprise sales cycles and buying behaviour.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles, reaching both technical and economic buyers early in the process.
- Emotionally intelligent communicator with the ability to listen, understand, and articulate customer challenges.
