What you will do
- Own post-sale relationships with SMB and Mid-Market customers in Australia.
- Conduct discovery and expansion meetings to identify new opportunities.
- Collaborate with SDRs to manage and convert pipeline.
- Partner with onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Track and meet quarterly revenue expansion goals.
- Contribute feedback to Product and Marketing teams.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in SaaS, preferably in Account Management or Account Executive roles.
- Proven track record in SMB or Mid-Market segments.
- Experience transitioning from Sales (AE/BDR) to Account Management, or a hybrid background.
- Strong collaborative mindset and cross-functional experience (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing).
- Highly independent and self-driven, thrives in a low-supervision environment.
- Understands early-stage teams or startups dynamics; comfortable building processes.
- Ambitious and growth-oriented, sees this role as an opportunity to scale a new region.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients quickly.
- Must be based in Australia.
