What you will do

  • Own post-sale relationships with SMB and Mid-Market customers in Australia.
  • Conduct discovery and expansion meetings to identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with SDRs to manage and convert pipeline.
  • Partner with onboarding and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Track and meet quarterly revenue expansion goals.
  • Contribute feedback to Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in SaaS, preferably in Account Management or Account Executive roles.
  • Proven track record in SMB or Mid-Market segments.
  • Experience transitioning from Sales (AE/BDR) to Account Management, or a hybrid background.
  • Strong collaborative mindset and cross-functional experience (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing).
  • Highly independent and self-driven, thrives in a low-supervision environment.
  • Understands early-stage teams or startups dynamics; comfortable building processes.
  • Ambitious and growth-oriented, sees this role as an opportunity to scale a new region.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build trust with clients quickly.
  • Must be based in Australia.
