Location: Adelaide, Australia (hybrid, one day remote)

What you will do

  • Make contact with potential clients and propose solutions for their unique business needs.
  • Provide online demonstrations and promptly respond to email requests.
  • Process written requests using proprietary systems and follow up on quotations.
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly revenue targets and KPIs, including outbound calls and qualified meetings.
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities using consultative sales approaches (MEDDPICC/SPIN methodology).
  • Promote and maintain a high-quality, professional, service-oriented company image among customers.

Requirements

  • Minimum one year of sales experience and one year in a similar tele-sales/SDR position.
  • Possess a customer-centric approach to every phase of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a competitive yet collaborative mindset that drives team success.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with effective presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented, with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Salesforce and CRM tools for accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting.
