What you will do

• Own the design of high-impact hirify.global product areas and major product initiatives, from exploration through iteration.
• Drive user research and synthesize insights to inform design decisions, collaborating with product partners.
• Translate complex AI capabilities and business objectives into intuitive, delightful designs for enterprise customers.
• Prototype and test solutions at varying fidelities to validate design direction before development.
• Define and build design system components and patterns from scratch, establishing standards that scale across the product.
• Shape the product roadmap by partnering with cross-functional leaders and advocating for user needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI or product designer, with a track record of shipping impactful products.
• Demonstrated ability to work on technical or B2B SaaS products, with bonus points for AI/ML product experience.
• A portfolio that showcases strategic thinking, design process, visual craft, and shipped desktop experiences that drove business results.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills—you've influenced product decisions and partnered with engineering on complex projects.
