What you will do
- Become a subject matter expert on our booking engine and payment products.
- Collaborate with Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, and Customer Experience to drive deals.
- Lead the discovery process, uncovering prospects’ business requirements.
- Understand and validate technical requirements, operational dependencies, and build proposals.
- Configure demonstrations to align with a prospect's use case.
- Promote and elicit feedback from prospects and customers to ensure expectations are achieved and exceeded.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional services or sales engineering experience.
- Experience with e-commerce and/or payment processing.
- Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.
- Able to effectively speak to both technical and non-technical parties.
