What you will do

  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of UK-headquartered firms.
  • Cultivate strong and enduring relationships with clients, uncovering growth opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute sales presentations to inform, persuade, educate, and ultimately close business.
  • Attend seminars, trade shows, and other events to pitch hirify.global and meet existing and prospective clients.
  • Travel to both existing and prospective clients, fostering market share growth and effectively promoting and selling our tools.
  • Learn, develop, and evangelize new ways for hirify.global to differentiate itself in the marketplace.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in Enterprise SaaS sales, specifically within the UK legal-tech landscape.
  • Proven track record of navigating complex sales cycles and high-stakes partnership structures.
  • Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through adaptive approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in an international team.
  • You can work independently, know how to prioritize and get things done.

Nice to have

  • Enterprise Search or Agentic AI experience is an asset.
