Senior Implementation Consultant (AI): Leading client implementations of hirify.global's AI-native Employee Experience Platform, ensuring an outstanding adoption experience for new and existing customers. Focus on managing project plans, deploying change management, and understanding customer use cases to apply best practices.

Location: Hybrid role, expected to be in the Minneapolis office a minimum of 2 days per week (Tuesdays-Thursdays). Must be based in Minnesota, USA.

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 USD base salary per year.

What you will do

• Lead new hirify.global customer implementations, managing project plans and resources.
• Ensure deployment, change management, and adoption programs are in place.
• Communicate implementation status, issues, and risks clearly.
• Apply hirify.global and vertical industry best practices to customer implementations.
• Oversee customer's initial adoption, training, and development of best practices.
• Partner with Sales and CSMs for client architecture integration and growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Familiarity with implementing Software-as-a-Service solutions.
• Several years of experience with enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong application functional expertise and business application deployment cycle expertise.
• Project management experience.
• 5+ years of consulting/client-facing experience.
