Senior Implementation Consultant

Location: This is a remote role in Georgia only (USA).

Salary: $120,000–$140,000 USD base salary per year.

What you will do

• Lead new hirify.global customer implementations, managing project plans and resources.
• Ensure effective deployment, change management, and adoption programs for engagements.
• Clearly communicate implementation status, issues, and risks.
• Apply hirify.global best practices and industry expertise to customer implementations.
• Establish initial adoption, training, and development of best practices for customers.
• Troubleshoot and triage customer issues during implementation.
• Partner with Sales and CSMs to identify growth and expansion opportunities with existing customers.

Requirements

• Familiarity with implementing Software-as-a-Service solutions.
• Several years of experience working on enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong application functional expertise and experience in business application deployment cycles.
• Project management experience.
• 5+ years of consulting/client-facing experience.
• Passion for cloud technologies.
• English: B2 required.
