What you will do

• Lead, coach, and scale a team of TPMs to deliver enterprise onboarding and implementation programs.
• Own delivery excellence across a portfolio of enterprise implementations, ensuring consistent execution of program plans.
• Drive standardization of implementation methodologies, templates, and best practices.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to align roadmap, implementation feasibility, and customer commitments.
• Communicate program health, risks, and outcomes to internal executive stakeholders.
• Improve tooling, workflows, and reporting for enterprise delivery at scale.

Requirements

• 8–12+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, implementation, or program management.
• 3+ years of people management experience leading program managers, TPMs, or implementation teams.
• Proven success delivering complex, multi-workstream enterprise implementations.
• Strong background in data migration, platform configuration, and system integrations.
• Hands-on experience driving customer adoption and organizational change.
