What you will do
- Schedule and manage interviews, ensuring seamless communication between hiring teams and candidates.
- Manage and optimize the candidate experience, building strong relationships throughout the process.
- Support and improve the interview process, identifying areas for increased efficiency and automation.
- Provide status updates, answer questions, and ensure timely follow-up for all candidates.
- Support payroll, onboarding, contract employee initiatives, and other HR projects.
- Maintain and organize internal documentation with strong attention to detail.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of professional work experience supporting a fast-paced recruitment team.
- Strong experience managing multiple calendars and a large volume of interviews for various teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage a high workload efficiently.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with all functions and levels across an enterprise.
- Very strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with tact and discretion.
