What you will do

• Develop and execute a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Documents team.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, focusing on document drafting, storage, production, and ingestion.
• Understand customer needs and define solutions to optimize impact for legal clients and the business.
• Work cross-functionally with other product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Use data and customer insights to track key metrics and identify opportunities for continuous product optimization.
• Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including customers and other hirify.global product teams, to gather insights and requirements.

Requirements

• Over 4 years of experience in product management roles within the tech industry.
• Strong experience in document management and drafting applications is essential.
• Proven track record of managing and enhancing complex software products or platforms.
• Experience designing and building technical products for volume usage.
• Strong business and metrics focus, with experience conducting user research and gathering feedback.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence others and lead cross-functional teams.
