What you will do

• Define the hirify.global Cloud Collaboration Solutions roadmap with cross-functional teams and partners.
• Develop and maintain product requirements, supporting sales, support, and operations.
• Proactively identify new business and revenue opportunities for the platform.
• Develop instrumentation for product usage data and build usage-based billing metrics.
• Evaluate and promote new business models, bundles, and tiers for hirify.global Cloud Collaboration Solutions.
• Determine feature-level pricing based on competitive analysis and margin targets.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cloud-based product management or related solutions.
• 7+ years of progressive go-to-market experience with clients and partners.
• Proven success delivering Customer Experience solutions (IVR, Contact Center, UCC, QM, CRM).
• Familiarity with UCC and Collaboration Solutions.
• Strong prioritization, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree.
