Salary: $320,000–$375,000

What you will do

• Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver technical vision and execution of an AI-enabled care platform, integrating operational infrastructure with real-time data.
• Manage a high-performing product team, fostering innovation, experimentation, and collaboration.
• Own and evolve the Care roadmap, ensuring alignment with hirify.global’s broader product vision.
• Scale intelligent servicing systems that streamline billing, claims, and care workflows for members and providers.
• Partner with clinical and engineering leads to expand specialty and complex care use cases, including neurodiverse and family-inclusive care.
• Leverage data, customer feedback, and emerging technology trends to shape strategy and prioritize initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in digital health or B2B2C environments.
• 3+ years managing high-performing product teams.
• Deep expertise in growth product management, funnel optimization, and data-driven product decision-making.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on driving measurable results.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
