What you will do

• Work closely with the Delivery Team to drive delivery and execution of digital consumer-facing projects.
• Identify project bottlenecks or roadblocks and resolve them quickly and professionally.
• Plan, schedule, monitor, evaluate, and manage all stakeholders on project status.
• Develop project plans, estimations, planning, and proposal writing in collaboration with Customer Success Leadership.
• Lead project teams consisting of a business analyst, a UX designer, developers, and a solution architect.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Banking or other financial services companies.
• Extensive experience in IT implementation, technical project management, and agile methodologies.
• Hands-on team management with a collaborative leadership style.
• Full understanding of the web application / software development lifecycle, including UX Design.
• Great presenting and negotiation skills.
