Salary: $75,000–$95,000 Base, with On Target Earnings (OTE) of $120,000+

What you will do
- Strategically map out organizational charts and identify key decision-makers at Tier 1 & 2 Mortgage Lenders.
- Orchestrate hyper-personalized, multi-channel outreach campaigns (Email, LinkedIn, Video, Phone) to C-suite executives.
- Conduct initial discovery calls, validate opportunities, and seamlessly hand off to Senior Business Development Executives.
- Act as the "eyes and ears" of the market, identifying new verticals (PropTech, Affinity, HR portals, SaaS, neobank) for test campaigns.
- Work collaboratively in a high-touch environment with the Vice President of Business Development and Top Enterprise Closers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS or Fintech Sales is required.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future; this position does not offer sponsorship.
- High business acumen to understand financial reports, navigate complex conversations, and vet long-term partnership potential.
- Exceptional writing skills to craft executive-level emails.
- Proficiency with CRM (ActiveCampaign), intelligence tools (Lusha, ZoomInfo), and video prospecting (Loom, BombBomb).
- Mortgage/Lending industry knowledge is a massive plus.
