What you will do

• Establish and execute sales goals for a specified region.
• Manage and coach a team of 8-10 sales directors to maximize revenue.
• Oversee execution of sales campaigns and initiatives across the region.
• Monitor and report on team sales performance, key metrics, and pipeline health.
• Recruit, hire, and train sales director teams to required headcount levels.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-ones to review objectives and foster collaboration.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in sales management.
• Proven experience with major account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions.
• 5-7 years' experience in all aspects of the payroll space.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams and managing other leaders.
• Strong experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think strategically while also being detail-oriented in execution.
• Willingness to travel and work in a virtual environment.
