Location: This is a hybrid role based in New York, New York, United States. Employees are expected to come into the office 3-days a week.
Salary: Estimated OTE: $250,000 to $300,000 plus a competitive equity package.

What you will do
- Scale, manage, and mentor a team of Corporate Account Executives to exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Drive business growth for hirify.global with new and existing enterprise accounts, ensuring excellence in pipeline management and customer satisfaction.
- Coach team members to develop effective territory plans for winning and expanding business in the Mid-Market segment.
- Guide the team on educating customers about hirify.global's paid plans and engaging key decision makers.
- Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and maintain records in CRM and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, and Account Development to build strategic adoption plans for large accounts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a high-growth SaaS leader over a hybrid inside/field sales team.
- Proven track record of consistent performance in meeting and exceeding team goals.
- 3+ years of experience translating highly technical products into quantified business value.
- Success implementing strategies for consumption and commitment-based sales revenue models.
- Strong knowledge across sales and forecast frameworks (e.g., MEDDIC, Sandler, Miller Heiman, Corporate Visions).
- Proven ability to coach and develop sales fundamentals (prospecting, forecasting, negotiation, closing strategies).
