TL;DR

Location: Based in San Francisco, California (travel as needed for key customer meetings, events, or strategic engagements)

Salary: $212,000–$265,000 OTE (50/50 split)

What you will do

  • Develop expertise in hirify.global’s product offerings and sales strategy for renewals and expansions.
  • Analyze customer accounts to craft timely and accurate proposals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and updates to leadership.
  • Achieve quarterly and annual targets for bookings, renewals, and expansions.
  • Lead strategic account planning and conduct regular account reviews.
  • Handle the entire sales cycle from opportunity creation to deal closure.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in an Account Executive or related sales role with direct customer engagement.
  • Proven experience managing Mid Market accounts and building executive-level relationships.
  • Strong contract negotiation skills, including expertise in structuring multi-year agreements.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored for executive audiences.
  • Experience in territory planning and developing strategic account plans.
  • Successful track record in technology sales within a subscription-based business model.
  • Excellence in sales pipeline management and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com and Clari.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
