What you will do
- Develop expertise in hirify.global’s product offerings and sales strategy for renewals and expansions.
- Analyze customer accounts to craft timely and accurate proposals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and updates to leadership.
- Achieve quarterly and annual targets for bookings, renewals, and expansions.
- Lead strategic account planning and conduct regular account reviews.
- Handle the entire sales cycle from opportunity creation to deal closure.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in an Account Executive or related sales role with direct customer engagement.
- Proven experience managing Mid Market accounts and building executive-level relationships.
- Strong contract negotiation skills, including expertise in structuring multi-year agreements.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills tailored for executive audiences.
- Experience in territory planning and developing strategic account plans.
- Successful track record in technology sales within a subscription-based business model.
- Excellence in sales pipeline management and CRM tools, particularly Salesforce.com and Clari.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
