Salary: $116,736 - $220,050 a year

What you will do

• Own and drive company-wide revenue performance for hirify.global’s Fraud solutions.
• Build, hire, and lead a high-performing sales team, ensuring coverage and productivity.
• Act as an executive seller and market expert, leading strategic customer engagements and closing complex enterprise deals.
• Develop top-tier sales talent by coaching with a challenger mindset.
• Identify growth levers and partner cross-functionally to unlock new revenue opportunities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to segment sales and product leadership on go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant market experience.
• 3+ years of managing a revenue-driving team.
• Deep market knowledge within the Fraud, Risk, Identity Verification, KYC/AML, and Identity space.
• Effective territory/account management including planning, opportunity qualification, and deal negotiation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to build relationships up to the C-suite.
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across internal stakeholders in a high-growth environment.
