What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customer relationships for hirify.global's Consumer Sync and Consumer View products.
- Support assigned Account Director on strategic accounts to achieve growth.
- Handle client management, education, contract negotiation, and daily support.
- Drive customer renewal, revenue retention, upsell/cross-sell rates, and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams across solutions engineering, operations, billing, and finance.
- Communicate frequently with clients through calls and occasional travel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of sales/marketing experience; minimum 3 years as a Partner Manager, Customer Success Manager, or Account Manager.
- Experience managing an annual revenue portfolio of $5M–$15M+.
- Experience managing financial service clients such as Credit Unions, Central Banks, Regional Banks, Housing and Mortgage companies, Wealth Management Firms, and Fintech.
- Proven customer service skills to cultivate client relationships.
- Experience managing a large project portfolio with varying levels of details.
