TL;DR

Salary: $108K; Total OTE: $180,000

What you will do

  • Define and implement the Account Management organizational structure, processes, and KPIs.
  • Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a team of high-performing Account Managers.
  • Develop and standardize upsell/cross-sell playbooks for the mid-market segment.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success, with at least 2-3 years in a management or leadership role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling a successful Account Management team in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and talent development skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex account strategies and consistently exceed revenue targets.
