What you will do
- Own the full sales cycle for SMB healthcare accounts, focusing on winning new deals.
- Build your own pipeline from scratch through high-volume outbound prospecting, including cold calling and email sequences.
- Conduct effective discovery calls and product demos highlighting immediate ROI.
- Identify and engage key decision-makers, typically HR Managers or Practice Administrators.
- Maintain a consistent 3x qualified pipeline and track activities in CRM daily.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in an outbound sales role, preferably selling SaaS or technology solutions to healthcare organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to self-source leads and comfortable making a high volume of cold outreaches every day.
- Experience managing shorter sales cycles and closing multiple deals per month.
- Ability to explain technical benefits clearly and confidently over the phone and via web demos.
- A desire to exceed $500K–$700K+ annual quotas and grow your career.
