What you will do
- Own North America strategy and commercial outcomes for a portfolio of global, enterprise customers.
- Act as the senior executive partner to client stakeholders, building deep, trust-based relationships.
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and expansion strategy for assigned accounts.
- Drive adoption of Smartly’s platform across creative, media, and intelligence use cases.
- Lead and align internal cross-functional teams (Client Partners, Solutions Engineering, Creative Services, Managed Services, and Sales).
- Help customers evolve their internal workflows and operating models as they scale creative and media through Smartly.
Requirements
- 8-12 years in ad-tech/mar-tech industries, with a proven track record of complex, multi-matrixed, growing strategic accounts.
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth through platform expansion.
- Comfortable operating at the executive level, with strong presence, judgment, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including creative automation, media platforms, and measurement.
- Experienced in cross-functional leadership and influencing without authority.
- Highly organized, strategic, and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
