What you will do
- Serve as primary client advocate and subject matter expert, leveraging strategic communication for value delivery.
- Partner with Strategic Accounts to understand client goals and translate insights into tailored value propositions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, service operations, clinical programs, sales, and analytics.
- Generate materials and reporting to deliver insights and demonstrate program performance.
- Document and provide organizational visibility on account strategy, initiatives, and key metrics.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and recommend enhancements.
- Lead team members by setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of experience in client-facing roles such as Account Management or Customer Success.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to build strong, trusted client relationships and drive measurable business results.
- Excellent strategic communication skills, with confidence presenting materials and speaking thoughtfully.
- Customer-first, startup-ready mindset with comfort navigating ambiguity and change.
- Experience working within Product-as-a-Service (PaaS) models, delegated vendor models, and/or value-based care environments.
- Hands-on experience in SaaS or technical roles, with familiarity using software platforms and technology solutions.
- Ability to shift between strategic and operational work, using systems thinking to prioritize client impact.
- Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination.
- Healthcare domain experience strongly preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
