TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (Adtech): Building and maintaining relationships with strategic agency accounts and navigating agencies across programmatic, digital, and linear TV teams. Focus on pitching hirify.global's supply and solutions, structuring and negotiating private market deals, and exceeding revenue targets within the West Coast market.

Location: Los Angeles, California. This role requires a hybrid schedule with two remote days (Monday and Friday) and three in-office days (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in Los Angeles, California.

Salary: $115,000–$125,000 (USD) base, plus annual variable bonus and company equity.

What you will do

  • Understand, build, and manage relationships with programmatic traders and digital advertising agency buyers on the West Coast.
  • Actively track sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Evangelize all buying techniques utilized through hirify.global's programmatic infrastructure.
  • Analyze market trends and client needs to create and pitch customized media plans.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales pipeline from prospecting to close deals, including driving formal RFP processes.
  • Partner with Curators, Data Companies, and Publishers to unlock net new opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6-8 years of adtech sales, consulting, agency, or publisher experience with large digital advertising agencies on the West Coast.
  • Highly motivated sales professional with a proven history of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in online advertising, ideally within Online Video and OTT, with proven strength in programmatic sales or buying.
  • Experience using Excel, Google Workspace, Salesforce, and data analysis platforms.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, active listening, and communication skills.
