What you will do
- Manage and coach a high-performing SDR team to exceed lead generation targets.
- Hold regular 1:1s and team meetings to maintain high energy and focus.
- Oversee fair lead distribution and optimise inbound/outbound performance.
- Lead by example with strong individual pipeline contribution.
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to align strategy.
Requirements
- 4+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or Life Sciences.
- Proven ability to lead and develop junior sales professionals.
- A consultative, data-driven approach to sales development.
- Resilience, energy, and a passion for high performance.
- A strong desire to move into senior leadership in the near future.
