Location: Must be based in Brussels, Belgium (Office based)

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing FX hedging, lending, payments, and cash management products.
  • Upsell hirify.global’s broad product capabilities to ensure a best-in-class client proposition.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to assist in business origination and provide optimal solutions.
  • Understand competitor capabilities and gaps to better position hirify.global’s Banking solutions.
  • Deliver on specific KPIs, including repeat and new business revenues, client churn reduction, and cross-selling.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings and professional presentations.

Requirements

  • Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role.
  • Experience working in an established FX institution and/or commercial bank, or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients.
  • Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills to win commitment and buy-in.
  • Sophisticated technical ability in statistical/fundamental analysis and risk management practices.
  • Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (upselling, cross-selling, new client acquisition).
  • Skilled negotiator, able to build and leverage relationships at senior levels.
  • Fluency in Dutch and strong business-level English required.
