Payment Executive (Fintech)

TL;DR

Payment Executive (Fintech): Engaging with businesses through warm and cold calling, securing appointments for field agents, and introducing payment solutions with an accent on building rapport with potential clients. Focus on achieving weekly and monthly sales targets and collaborating with the sales team.

Location: Remote with 3 weeks training in our Grimsby Office. Travel and accommodation will be provided if over 30 miles and 1.5 hours travel time.

Salary: £27,000 + Uncapped commission

What you will do

• Conduct cold and warm calls to target small to medium businesses and introduce payment products and services.
• Build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients over the phone.
• Identify decision-makers and qualify leads for further engagement.
• Schedule appointments for field agents by understanding the client's needs and aligning them with our solutions.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of qualified leads.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of telemarketing or cold calling experience with a proven track record in exceeding sales targets.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail to ensure data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently at home.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
