Business Development Associate (Fintech)

Location: Onsite in London, UK, five days a week.

What you will do

• Support the Business Banking commercial growth team from origination to in-life management of customers.
• Proactively acquire new business banking customers through various channels, including outbound calls and emails.
• Drive ongoing engagement and account management with businesses in the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial teams to identify opportunities and build processes.
• Contribute to ad-hoc duties and projects as determined by the management team.
• Work cross-functionally by communicating valuable customer feedback and keeping departments informed of issues and successes.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development Associate, or Sales Development Representative roles (preferably in Fintech, B2B, or SaaS).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales development KPIs.
• Comfortable with cold calling and confident engaging senior stakeholders, including decision-makers and founders.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and comfortable using CRM and telephony systems.

Nice to have

• An undergraduate degree or higher is preferred but not required.
