TL;DR

Client Relationship Manager (Fintech): Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, monitoring their needs and challenges with an accent on client analysis and optimizing services. Focus on identifying upsell opportunities, negotiating client solutions, and ensuring compliance with AML and KYC frameworks.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days in the office required.

What you will do

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, monitoring changes, challenges, and needs.
  • Advise clients on optimizing services and transitioning to better-suited solutions.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for existing clients, leading client negotiations and finalising solutions.
  • Serve as a first line of defence on AML, financial crime, and sanctions risks.
  • Gather and process client feedback for service and software improvements.
  • Ensure complete and accurate record-keeping within CRM systems, maximizing CRM tool utilization.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or Sales within a B2B environment (Finance, Technology, Fintech).
  • 1-3 years of experience in Payments/FinTech/Banking/FX industries.
  • High-level understanding of payment service providers, particularly bank transfers in the EU and UK.
  • General understanding of CRM practices.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Aptitude for fostering positive relationships.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of international regulation, compliance, and AML / KYC frameworks.
  • Working knowledge of a European language is a strong plus.
