What you will do
- Respond, engage, and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
- Source new sales prospects and book appointments for Account Executives.
- Clearly communicate hirify.global's value propositions to prospects.
- Provide support to the Account Executive team as needed.
- Create target prospect lists and penetrate key accounts.
- Cold call into prospects and identify key players, business requirements, and present solutions.
Requirements
- Proven business development success using core sales tools.
- Experience working as an SDR in a B2B SaaS Tech company.
- Able to negotiate skillfully and promote/sell ideas persuasively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills.
- Able to think strategically and tactically, maintaining a positive attitude in the face of criticism.
- Promotes a strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and key deliverables; self-starter and proactive.
- Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
- Writes and speaks fluent English (C1+).

- Knowledge of Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus.
