What you will do
- Create initial positive impressions with prospects and customers.
- Qualify inbound requests and Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for scientific fit.
- Manage and prioritize sales leads in Salesforce, measuring performance against quotas.
- Utilize prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision makers.
- Develop tailored pitches for various target accounts and personas.
- Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing on outbound activities, including cold calling and events.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in life sciences (e.g., molecular biology, biotechnology, biochemistry) is required.
- Recent graduate or 1-2 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development, or strong interest with prior life sciences experience.
- Passion for hirify.global’s mission and accelerating life sciences research.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Persistent, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Methodical and disciplined work ethic.
