What you will do
- Lead product demonstrations for key Talent deals, showcasing solutions to drive sales.
- Train the sales team on products and sales techniques, continuously updating materials based on performance and needs.
- Act as a liaison between sales and product teams, collecting market feedback for product improvement.
- Develop and implement a detailed certification program to train over 500 sales personnel on product sales.
- Conduct market research on trends, client needs, and competitors to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English, Spanish and French or German or Italian or Portuguese.
- Proactive, natural problem-solver, and collaborative team player.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to contribute to customer acquisition and revenue growth.
