What you will do

• Participate directly in the sales process for critical deals related to Operations Payroll & Time products.
• Coach new hires and underperforming representatives to improve sales performance.
• Conduct regular sales and product training sessions, dynamically enriching content based on team needs.
• Develop an in-depth certification program for the sales team, impacting over 500 peers.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, client needs, and competitor strategies to provide strategic insights.
• Ensure smooth customer activation from sales to post-sales support for specific accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field.
• Proven work experience as a Business Solutions Consultant or Account Executive.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products preferred.
• Superior capacity to explain complex concepts simply and prepare enablement materials.
• Proficiency in English, Spanish, and French or German or Italian or Portuguese required.
