Salary: $300,000–$350,000 OTE

What you will do
- Listen to customers and understand their key business and security challenges to advise on how hirify.global adds value.
- Engage with CISOs and security operations teams to build credibility and thought leadership in cloud and SaaS security.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to grow pipeline and drive revenue across the US.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Partner with hirify.global team members across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive teams.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements
- A seasoned sales professional with 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity industry and a strong track record of exceeding quota selling to CISOs.
- Proven experience working in sales at early-stage startups (Seed to Series A).
- Demonstrated success managing both mid-market and enterprise sales cycles.
- A hunter mentality with strong prospecting skills and a track record of generating leads in greenfield territories.
- Experienced in selling SaaS and cloud security solutions, with a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence senior executives.
- The candidate must reside in the Mid-Atlantic region- Washington, D.C., Virginia, Maryland, or Arlington.

- Experience with detection, investigation, and response (TDIR) solutions.
- A network of established relationships within the US cybersecurity space.
