TL;DR

Senior Talent Partner (Engineering/Product): Driving full-cycle recruitment for engineering and product teams with an accent on strategic partnership with hiring managers, proactive talent mapping, and upholding hiring standards. Location: Flexible office + home working in Lithuania and London, with up to 2 months a year working abroad.

Salary: €3,500–€4,500 EUR gross per month

What you will do

  • Own the 360° recruitment lifecycle for Engineering and Product teams.
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring managers on role definition and process.
  • Proactively map and engage high-calibre passive talent for critical roles.
  • Run structured, high-quality interview processes upholding company values.
  • Track and report on key recruitment metrics to inform strategy.
  • Drive talent acquisition initiatives to improve hiring practices and employer brand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with extensive expertise in hiring for engineering and product roles.
  • Strong track record in negotiation and managing complex compensation discussions.
  • Knowledge of Lithuanian job market is essential.
  • Strong track record in sourcing and data-driven recruitment practices.

  • Additional experience hiring abroad.
